Potato Casserole
1 2-pound bag frozen hashbrowns
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup melted margarine divided
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 can cream-of-chicken soup
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup sour cream
bread or cracker crumbs
Mix half of the margarine, the potatoes, onion, cheese, soup, sour cream, salt 
and pepper together.  place in well-greased casserole dish.  Sprinkle with 
crumbs and remaining margarine.  Bake at 350 for one hour and ten minutes.
