I will first post the directions for the cheese ball & then the different mix recipes: Dessert Cheeseball 2 (8-oz.) blocks cream cheese, chilled (regular, low fat or fat free) 1/2 stick of butter or margarine (4 TBSP), chilled 1 Cheesecake Paradise Mix 1 tsp. vanilla, optional 1. Place cream cheese and butter into a medium mixing bowl. 2. Add cheesecake mix and vanilla. Mix with electric mixer on high speed for one minute or until mixture is completely smooth. 3. Place mixture onto a serving plate. Shape into a ball shape. 4. Sprinkle with Topping Sprinkles. Refrigerate until serving time. 5. Serve with an assortment of green grapes, strawberries, angel or pound cake cubes, banana slices, gingersnaps, chocolate graham crackers. Make 2-1/2 to 3 cups.
