Chicken with Laughing Cow Cheese
Serves:4 / Units per serving=5
Ingredients
4-4oz. Skinless,Boneless Chicken Breast
1 Package Deli Sliced Ham (I use Deli Select)
4-Laughing Cow Cheese Wedges
Toothpicks
1/2 Package Shake N Bake (I use original)
Pam Spray
Preheat oven to 400 deg.
Place each chicken breast between wax paper and pound to 1/4" thick.
Place 2-3 slices ham and one cheese wedge on each chicken breast. Roll
up and secure with toothpicks.
Spray a baking dish with Pam and place the chicken breast edge side down
in the dish, sprinkle shake n bake evenly on each breast.
Bake 35-45 mins, until juices run clear and evenly browned.
