Beef And Corn Casserole

3/4 c. reg. wheat germ
1/2 c. soft white bread crumbs (1 slice)
2 T. melted butter or margarine
1 T. chopped parsley
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped (1/2 c.)
1 can (about 1 lb.) cream style corn
1/4 c milk
2 t. prepared mustard
1 t. salt
1 t. mixed Italian herbs

Combine wheat germ and bread crumbs in a sm. bowl. Grease a 6 c. casserole 
and sprinkle with half the crumb mixture. Toss remaining mixture with melted
butter or margarine and parsley; reserve. Brown ground beef in a lg. 
skillet; break into chunks and push to one side. Sauté onion in drippings 
until soft; stir in corn, milk, mustard, salt and Italian herbs. Spoon into 
prepared casserole. Sprinkle reserved crumb mixture on top. Bake at 375° for 
20 min. Makes 6 servings.
