chicken rice casserole
2 cups rice
2 cans cream of mushroom or golden mushroom soup
2 cans water
2 chickens (cut in serving pieces)
put rice, soup, water in dutch oven (12 inch).
stir place chicken on top of mixture. cover. cook 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours at 
400 degrees.
