Easy Easy Casserole 
1-1/2 lbs. ground beef 
4 potatoes, peeled and sliced 
2 Tbs. butter 
salt and pepper to taste 
15  oz. can cream style corn 
1 can  condensed tomato soup 

Heat oven  to 350.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, place 
the beef & saute for 5 to 10 minutes, or until browned.
Place the sliced potatoes
in the bottom of a lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish,
cover with butter & season with salt & pepper to taste.
Then  layer the cream-style corn over the potatoes,
top with the browned meat, & then top with the tomato soup.
Cover & bake at 350 for 60 minutes.
