Sloppy Joes

1 pound ground chuck, or if you like it leaner, use  ground round, or 
ground sirloin 
1 medium onion 
1 1/2 tablespoon Flour 
2/3 cup ketchup 
1 Tbsp minced green bell pepper
1 Tbsp minced red bell pepper
3/4 cup Coca-Cola or Pepsi or RC Cola 
2 tablespoon  red wine vinegar (I like to use some of one of my 
flavored vinegars also sometimes) 
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 
1 teaspoon honey 
1 teaspoon dry mustard 
salt & pepper to taste 

Chop onion and brown with beef and peppers in skillet. Remove and set 
aside when done. Drain excess fat. Mix remaining ingredients well, 
then cover and simmer for 40 minutes incovered. Serve sloppy Joes on 
hamburger buns with the sauce.
