CHEWY CAKE MIX COOKIES 1 pkg. cake mix (chocolate, yellow, or butter brickle are good choices) 1/3 c. vegetable oil 1 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs 1 (6 oz.) chocolate or butterscotch chips 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix about half of the cake mix, the vegetable oil, vanilla, and eggs in large bowl until smooth. Stir in remaining cake mix, chips, and nuts. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes (centers will be soft). Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet. About 5 dozen cookies.
