Easy Lemon Glazed Sheet Cake * * 1 pkg. (18.25 oz.) lemon cake mix 1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon Jell-O 1/2 cup vegetable oil 3/4 cup water 4 eggs
Preheat oven 350ยบ F. Grease and flour a 10" x 15" jelly roll baking pan. In a large mixing bowl lightly beat together eggs, water and oil; add Jell-O and cake mix. Beat on medium speed about 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pan and bake 15 to 18 minutes, until tests done in middle.
