Four Layer Cake

First Layer:

1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup butter or margarine

Second Layer:

1 large (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
2 cups whipped topping

Third Layer:

2 - large (6 serving size) pkgs instant pudding (any flavor)
3 cups milk

Fourth Layer:

8 oz container of whipped topping

First Layer: Beat flour and margarine and press into 8"x12" pan. Bake 20
minutes at 325 degrees F for 20 minutes. Cool completely.

Second Layer: Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 2 cups whipped
topping with mixer and pour over cooled crust; set in refrigerator.

Third Layer: Mix pudding with milk and pour over cream cheese layer.
Chill.
