MARSHMALLOW FRUIT SALAD

1 egg (and yolk)
1/2 c. pineapple juice, drained from pineapple tidbits
1 pt. whipping cream, whipped
1 pkg. marshmallows
3 cans mandarin oranges
1 can tidbit pineapples
Cook egg and pineapple juice, let cool. Whip whipping cream, eggs and
pineapple juice mixture. Add marshmallows, mandarin oranges and
pineapple. Refrigerate. Best when made day ahead
