CINNAMON SPICE BALLS - ORNAMENTAL 1 c. apple pulp or applesauce 1 1/2 c. ground cinnamon or ground cinnamon mixture of cinnamon, allspice & cloves
Combine ingredients and roll the mixture. It should be the consistency of play dough. Roll into small balls, stick florist wire through each ball. Ball will dry and harden in 3 to 4 days. This spice ball can be used to decorate wreaths, or as a car freshner or it can be covered with cloth and used as a sachet in your dresser. These are ornamental, not edible.
