Mississippi Mud Cake 
1 c. Butter 
1/3 c. Cocoa 
2 c. Sugar 
4 eggs 
1 tsp. Vanilla 
1 1/2 c. Flour 
1 1/2 c. Pecans, chopped 
1 (9 oz.) jar marshmallow creme 
Melt butter and cocoa in pan. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla, flour and pecans
and 
Mix well. Pour into greased and floured pan 15 x 10 inches and bake at
350 
Degrees for 30 minutes. Spread marshmallow creme while warm. Cool and
ice. 
ICING 
1/3 c. Milk 
1/2 stick margarine 
1/3 c. Cocoa 
1 box powdered sugar 
1 tsp. Vanilla 
Heat milk, margarine, cocoa together. Add powdered sugar and vanilla.
