Mocha Eggnog

  6                     eggs
  4               cups  half and half
     1/2           cup  sugar
     1/3           cup  instant coffee
  1 1/4           cups  Amaretto liqueur
  1                cup  chocolate syrup
  2               cups  whipping cream
                        nutmeg

Beat eggs until fluffy. Beat in half and half and sugar gradually. Stir in
instant coffee dissolved in 1 cup Amaretto and chocolate syrup; chill. Whip
cream with remaining 1/4 cup Amaretto. Spoon over eggnog. Sprinkle with
nutmeg. Yield: 12 servings
