CRANBERRY RELISH
Makes 4 cups
6 cups fresh or frozen whole unsweetened cranberries
1-1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup lemon juice
In a small nonreactive saucepan over medium-high heat, combine all the
ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally; reduce the heat to
maintain a simmer. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the
mixture is thick and the berries are glazed in thick syrup, 20 to 30
minutes. 
Remove the pan from the heat and set aside until the cranberries are
cool. Transfer to a covered container and refrigerate until serving.
