Celebration Cookie
Impressed by those giant birthday cookies you*ve seen at the mall? It*s
easy to make them at home. Perfect for any occasion.

Total time: 30 minutes
Serving size: Makes 6 large servings.
Ingredients
1/2 box SCHWAN*S® Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (#644)
Your favorite SCHWAN*S® ice cream and sundae toppings (optional)
NOTE: If a SCHWAN*S® product is not available in your area, please
feel free to make an appropriate substitution.
Steps
Preheat oven to 350° F. Arrange balls of cookie dough on a 12"
round nonstick pizza pan, and let cookies soften for about 10 minutes.
Gently press cookies together so that they evenly cover pan. Leave 1/4"
space around edge of pan to allow for expansion during cooking.
Bake for 15-18 minutes, depending on desired doneness. Let cool in pan
and top with ice cream and sundae toppings, if desired. To serve, cut in
wedges with pizza cutter.
