Pork and Sweet Potato Sauté

potatoes, succulent cubes of sautéed pork and apple juice.

Ingredients
4 SCHWAN*S® Boneless Pork Loin Chops (#393), thawed, cut into 1 1/2"
cubes
2 Tbsp. vegetable shortening
2 apples, cored and chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 cups SCHWAN*S® Roasted Sweet Potatoes (#759), frozen
2 cups SCHWAN*S® Apple Juice Concentrate (#739), prepared
Steps
Sauté pork cubes in vegetable shortening on medium high heat until
lightly browned.
Add apples and onion to pork cubes. Cook an additional 8-10 minutes.
Season with thyme, salt and pepper.
Stir in sweet potatoes.
Add apple juice and simmer for 10 minutes.
