Quick Vegetable  Dishes

 

Asparagus Rollups

 

1 can whole asparagus - drained

1 can crescent rolls

 

Roll 4 asparagus spears in uncooked crescent roll.  Bake 350*

for 10 minutes or until rolls are browned.

 

Zesty Zucchini

 

4 medium zucchini - sliced

1 tbsp onion flakes

6 oz Velvetta - cubed

5 tbsp picante sauce

Salt & pepper to taste

 

Cook zucchini and onions until tender. Drain  throughly. Place

zucchini in casserole dish and season. Put Velveeta and picante

on top. Wrap dish with  Saran wrap and microwave until cheese

is  melted.
