Tropical Black Bean Salsa
Try this quick and easy appetizer from Smucker's. It's delicious!

1 can (15.5 oz.) black beans, drained, rinsed 1 (10 oz.) package frozen
corn, thawed
1/3 cup red pepper, chopped
1/3 cup red onion, chopped
1/3 cup cilantro, finely chopped
1 ripe mango, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/2 cup Smucker's(R) Sweet Orange Marmalade or Guava Jelly 2 Serrano
peppers, seeded, chopped
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Refrigerate until ready to
use.
Serve with lime tortilla chips or as an accompaniment to grilled fish,
chicken, or pork.
