Merry Christmas everyone,,, Hope you and yours has a very safe and Merry
Christmas.
Here's a Turkey tip for ya,,,
My nephew did up the turkey for our Christmas on Saturday, me and my
sister-in-law were setting at the table and had noticed alot of dark meat he
was carving putting on the platter. She asked him where the white meat was,,
turned out he had put the turkey in the pan upside down! The white meat was on
the bottom and it was the best tender and juicy breast meat we have had! So
cook your turkey upside down and use the this next tip for the left overs.
We have Tims family Christmas tonight at 6. By the way,, Dec. marks Tim and I
being together for 17 years!! We started dating Dec. 7th 1990. :))
Leftover Turkey Tip

Cut leftover turkey up into bite sized pieces, and measure it into individual
freezer bags in the amounts you normally use turkey or chicken in recipes. Next
time you want to make a casserole or something, your turkey is all cooked and
measured for you.
