Thanks Del,, I checked on google too, one of the pork sites said as long as it was not thawed in the microwave,and in the fridge it would be ok. I have alot of it to slice up. I did up some for supper, and my new slicer sure works good, I'll be putting it to the test for sure tomorrow. Hope ya had a good Christmas. What did ya'll get Chritmas? I got the slicer, some good smelling candles, bath stuff, 3 CD's I wanted, Sugerland's new one, Jason Aldean, and Waylon Jennings and Jessie Colter. New DVD player, an hour and a half massage certificate, from Tim's mom. That I will be using real soon!!, my sister in Maryland sent us a big box of sausages and cheeses from Hickory Farms. a gift card from my brother for Applebee's. The big gift for the kids here was the Guitar Hero 3 with 1 and 2,and the PS2. We already had PS1 and an Xbox. Bryce has been playing Guitar Hero at friends houses, so I got it for them for Christmas. I even joined in to learn how to play,, it is pretty fun. I normally don't play any of the games,, but this one I think I'll be trying out more.lol Merry Christmas,, ya'll Janet
