DELICIOUS CHEESE BALL
2 8oz packages of cream cheese (any brand) 1 1/2 packages wafer sliced meat, chopped (I find the pastrami has a nice flavor and works very well) 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise 2 Tablespoons milk 2 Tablespoons worcestershire sauce (Lea & Perrins is the best!) 5 green onions (scallions), chopped Garlic to taste (I usually use one good sized clove, crushed and chopped; or 1 teaspoon of garlic powder) Chopped nuts (any variety) Method: Mix above ingredients together thoroughly (I like using a wooden spoon for this). Transfer onto a plate and form into a ball/mound shape using moistened hands (to keep the stuff from sticking to you!). Press chopped nuts around the outside. Cover with cling wrap and chill completely in fridge. Before serving, give it a final touch-up shaping (if needed) before removing the cling wrap. Spread on your favorite cracker, and enjoy! If you have any left-overs, you can re-shape the ball again, press on a few more chopped nuts, and it will look as good as new for another go-around. This also keeps great in the fridge, and is perfect for midnight snacking!
