THE BEST GREEN CASSEROLE Printed from COOKS.COM Casserole Mixture: 1 can French cut style green beans 1 can whole kernel white corn 1 small can sliced water chestnuts 1 can of cream of celery soup 3 tbsp. mayonnaise Crust: about 1 package and a half of regular Ritz Crackers 1 stick butter, melted Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl for the casserole mixture. To make crust: Place Ritz Crackers in a storage bag. Seal tightly and be sure all air is out of the bag. Use a rolling pin to crush the crackers into crumbs. Melt butter in a saucepan. Once melted, put crackers into the saucepan. Mix thouroughly. Add casserole mixture to a 13x9 glass casserole dish and top with cracker and butter mixture. Bake at 375°F for about 35-40 minutes, or until crust is brown, and bubbling. Enjoy!
