BEEF CASSEROLE Printed from COOKS.COM 2 cans of mushroom soup 1 container of sour cream (small container) 1 ½ lb hamburger 1 ½ box of cooked elbow macaroni 1 medium onion cut up or chopped 1 small can of peas drained ¾ teaspoon of salt ½ teaspoon Accent Or 1 can of cream of chicken and 1 can of mushroom soup instead of 2 cans of mushroom soup Brown hamburger in skillet, add onion. Cook macaroni following package directions, but leaving slightly underdone. Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees. Put in casserole dish and mix all together. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes making sure dish is covered. Optional: Add bread crumbs to the top of the dish being baked. Optional: 3 cups of cooked noodles
