HOLIDAY CASSEROLE

1 brown onion
1 small package of mixed vegetables
1 cup sour cream
2 cups, seasoned croutons
1 can cream of mushroom/chicken soup
4 tablespoons of butter
Chop the onion into small pieces, sautee the onion and mixed veggies
with 2 tablespoons of butter, put into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Use
the remaining butter and sautee half of the croutons. Add to onion and
veggie mixture.
Add cream of mushroom/chicken soup and sour cream, Mix well. Saute the
remaining croutons and pour over the top of the casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until it starts to bubble.
Take out and enjoy.
Serves 8.
