RIGATONI CASSEROLE Printed from COOKS.COM 1 16 oz package of rigatoni noodles, cooked 1 lb. ground beef 1 26 oz can spaghetti sauce 1 16 oz can mushroom stems and pieces 1 8 oz package of pepperoni, each peice sliced in half 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese Brown hamburger and add sauce, mushrooms and pepperoni. Add noodles to meat mixture and mix together. Place in a large casserole dish and add cheese and stir. Bake at 325°F for 30 minutes or until heated through. Makes 6 servings. This recipe can be doubled, tripled, etc, according to your needs. Makes a great dish for a potluck. I have had several requests for this recipe.
