Serve over cooked rice noodles. = Pesto Shrimp Toss: In skillet over medium high heat cook 1/2 pound shrimp in lightly salted butter and olive oil. Store in 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes and cook 1 min. Stir in prepared pesto and cook 1 min, Serve over instant rice, = Asian Steak Salad: Season 1 skirt steak with thai spice seasoning. Broil 8 mins. Turn once and slice, Place torn lettuce on plate. Top with steak sliced cucumbers carrots and scallions.
