CAKE MIX COBS 1 pkg. dark chocolate cake mix 1 c. flour
Follow directions on cake mix box. Add 1 cup of flour with a large spoon until blended. Drop on cookie sheet with a rounded sugar spoon. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or less. FILLING: 2/3 c. milk 4 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch 2 c. powdered sugar 1 stick butter 3/4 c. Crisco 2 tbsp. vanilla Cook milk and cornstarch until smooth. Set aside to cool. Blend butter, Crisco and powdered sugar. Add cooled milk mixture and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Place between 2 chocolate gobs and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
