NO MESS - FAST FIXING "FRUIT 'N' CAKE"

1 pkg. white or yellow cake
1 can any variety pie filling
1/4 c. oil
2 eggs
1/2 c. water

Pour oil into 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan, tilt pan to cover bottom and a little on 
sides of pan. Put in cake mix, eggs, and water into cake pan. Stir with fork
or spoon until blended (about 2 minutes). Scrape sides, spread batter evenly in 
pan. Spoon pie filling onto batter, use a fork to fold into batter just
enough to create a marbled effect.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 35-45 minutes until toothpick inserted near center 
comes clean. Cool. Sprinkle powdered sugar or Cool Whip on cake.  Enjoy.
