Vegetarian Stuffed Shells 
Serves: 4 - 6
 
Ricotta Cheese (approx 8oz pkg) 
Cottage Cheese(Approx 12 oz pkg) 
Motzerella Cheese(1 bag) 
Frozen Chopped/Minced Spinach (1 lb) 
Jumbo Stuffing Shells(1box) 
Spagetti Sauce(1 jar) 
 
 
Boil your noodles. Dont worry if they*re not completely done, as they
will be baked. I boil them for about 10 mins. 
 
While your noodles are boiling, defrost your spinach. Then mix ricotta
and cottage cheese. Stir in Spinach. when noodles are done, strain and
run them under cool water so they*re touchable. 
 
Prepare baking pan, i use a 9 1/2 X 13" glass pan but casserol pans are
fine too. Spread some spagetti sauce on the bottom of the pan. a thin
layer is fine. Start stuffing the shells with the spinach mixture. when
a shell is stuffed place in pan. once the pan is filled . top shells
with spagetti sauce and cheese. if you have more shells, you can do
another layer, or another pan. when layering, you place shells on top of
sauce n cheese, then top that layer with sauce and cheese as well. 
 
Bake at 350 for 45mins
