Prep Time: 25 Min Total Time: 25 Min Makes: 4 servings INGREDIENTS 3/4cup fat-free egg product3/4cup 8th Continent® vanilla soymilk1/2teaspoon vanilla8slices whole-grain cinnamon-raisin swirl breadSyrup or fresh fruit, if desired DIRECTIONS 1.In medium bowl, beat egg product, soymilk and vanilla with egg beater or wire whisk until smooth; pour into shallow bowl.2.Spray griddle or 10-inch skillet with cooking spray; heat griddle to 375°F or heat skillet over medium heat.
