Garlic - Pepper Spread - Great with home-made bread, crackers, pretzels. Easy & quick, but make ahead night before for best flavor. Works well as a *snack*, *especially on these cold winter nights....warms ya right up WITHOUT turning up the thermostat ! - 1 stick butter, softened 2-4 cloves garlic, minced or pressed 1 to 1-1/2 Tbsp crushed red peppers (or flakes) 1/2 tsp. Worcester sauce 6 dashes red hot sauce or to taste = Place all in bowl & beat *til smooth. Put in a storage container with lid or cover with plastic wrap. Tastes best if refrigerated a few hrs or overnight. Serving suggestion: This would be a GREAT *addition* on top of some THICK diagonally sliced french bread that*s been broler toasted. for nights when you make a batch of *firehouse* chili. Contrast it with a chilled green salad and a chilled glass of your favorite wine....Voila
