Apple Pie Spread
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 T apple juice
2 T brown sugar
1/2 t cinnamon OR apple pie spice
1 medium red apple, chopped
1/4 c shopped pecans
Ritz or Town House Crackers
Beat cream cheese and juice with your electric mixer until fluffy.Beat
in brown sugar and spice.Stir in apples and pecans.Serve with crackers.
