SCALLOPED CHICKEN 

4 cups cooked chicken 
10 cups dried bread cubes 
6 cups chicken broth 
4 eggs, slightly beaten 
1½ tsps. salt 
¼ tsp. pepper 
¾ tsp. sage 
¾ tsp. poultry seasoning 
2 tsps. margarine 
1 small onion, chopped 
1 cup finely chopped celery 
1 can cream of chicken soup 
Mix all and pour into shallow 
buttered dish, bigger than 9x13". 
Bake  350° 2 hours, uncovered.
