My perfect rice is 2 cups of water, 1 tsp of marg and 1 cup of rice. I let the water boil with the marg, then I add the rice, stir it around a bit, put a lid on top and lower the heat to about 2 on my stove and in 22 minutes its light and fluffy everytime. Nicole
