Pink Lady Cake
 
1 (18 oz) box strawberry cake mix
3 eggs
1 tsp lemon extract
1 (20 oz) can strawberry pie filling
 
In a mixing bowl, beat cake mix, eggs and lemon extract.  Fold in pie
filling.  Pour into a greased and floured 9x13-inch baking pan. 
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.  Test with toothpick to make
sure that the cake is done.
 
Tip: Add a prepared vanilla icing or whipped topping
