Taylor Swift and Kid Rock are among the latest additions to the 50th annual Grammy Awards show taking place Sunday (Feb. 10) in Los Angeles. Swift, Tony Bennett, Cher, Prince, Ringo Starr, Stevie Wonder, Quincy Jones and actor Tom Hanks have been added to the list of presenters, the Record Academy announced Thursday (Feb. 7). Kid Rock, pianist Eldar, saxophonist Dave Koz and vocalist Keely Smith will perform, and a special performance featuring Tina Turner and Beyoncé has also been confirmed. The Grammy Awards will be broadcast live at 8 p.m. ET on CBS. Rascal Flatts Align With Online Game Thu. February 07.2008 4:44 PM EST Rascal Flatts have partnered with a company specializing in electronic toys and games for the exclusive rights to host the Rubik's Revolution Light Speed online game on the band's official Web site. The firm, Techno Source, is based in Hong Kong and also has offices in New York. Visitors to the Web site will also have a chance to win one of 100 Rubik's Revolution cubes, with one winner receiving a pair of tickets and passes to meet Rascal Flatts at a concert. "Since the Rubik's Revolution came out last summer, we have watched it become a pop culture phenomenon," band member Jay DeMarcus said. "We're excited that we can share the Light Speed online game with our fans on our Web site and give them the chance to win a Rubik's Revolution cube of their own." Guitarist Joe Don Rooney added, "Rubik's Revolution is all about speed, especially the Light Speed game on the blue side. There are times when I just can't put it down. February 07.2008 4:44 PM EST Tracy Lawrence, Tracy Byrd and Pat Green will join NFL greats Terry Bradshaw and Howie Long for the Fourth and Goal Classic, a two-day event at the House of Blues in Atlantic City, N.J. Taking place June 27-28, it will benefit Fourth and Goal, a nonprofit organization that provides financial assistance to retired NFL players and their families who are in immediate need. Activities on June 28 include a celebrity golf tournament and a concert featuring Lawrence, Byrd, Green and others.
