I want to increase the volume beyond the button on the face of the machine, I
have difficulty hearing. Do you have to install the Creative software to use
the keys to increase volume as in your inforrmative message with the complete

the way you charge it
is simpel
plug the little short cord that came with it
into the player
and plug the other end into the u s b port on your pc
if this is the first time to charge it
it will take about 6 to 8 hours
then each time after that 3 to four hours
as for the volume
you will find a round button like a bigt round dot on the front of the player
about in the center
all around that dot is four buttons
they are flat and rite again the big dot
the top one, is volume up
and the bottom one is, volume down
this is when you have the player long ways, so that the head phone jack is at
the top left
