PUMPKIN PECAN CRUMBLE PIE

 

1           Favorite pie crust (frozen and needs to be cooked)

3           Eggs, beaten

15 oz.      Pumpkin

1/2 c.      Brown sugar

1 t.        Cinnamon

1/4 t.      Cloves

2 T.        Maple syrup

12 oz.      Evaporated milk

 

Topping:

1/2 c.      Flour

1/2 c.      Pecans

1/4 c.      Brown sugar

3 T.        Butter

 

Beat eggs till frothy; add all remaining ingredients; pour into

crust and bake @ 375° for 25 min.  Combine all topping

ingredients and sprinkle over filling; bake an additional 25

min. or till center is set.
