Sweet Seattle Chili Prawns

Serves 4

8 - 12 Large Prawns
3 TBS. Vegetable Oil
1 TBS. Clear Honey
1 TBS. Chili Sauce
Finely grated Zest and Juice of 1/2 Lime
3-4 cloves Garlic, crushed
Salt & Pepper
Metal skewers

Method:
1. Peel the prawns leaving the last tail section intact. Make a cut and 
remove intestine.

2. To make marinade, mix the rest of ingredients together in a large bowl. 
Remove a little of the marinade and save to use as a sauce. Stir the prawns 
in the remainder of the mixture and marinate for up to 2 hours.

3. Thread prawns onto skewers.

4. Barbeque prawns on medium - high coals until done.
