CHERRY-ALMOND MUFFIN BREAD 
 
 In a glass measuring cup mix: 
 
    1 T. corn syrup (works without this but the crust is different) 2 t.
almond flavoring 
    warm water to make 1 1/4 cups liquid 
 
 Pour above into bread machine mixing pan and add: 
 
    3 c. bread flour 
    3 T. non-fat dry milk 
    1 t. salt 
    1/4 t. baking soda 
    2 t. sugar 
    2 t. yeast 
 
 Set bread machine for sweet bread, light crust.  When raisin/nut beep
sounds, add 1/2 c. dried red cherries.  (May also add 1/3 c. chopped
almonds, but this adds fat, and the bread is good without it). 
 
 [Give this a chance to cool before tasting.  The flavor is better].
