QUICK GERMAN CAKE WITH COCONUT - PECAN
FROSTING

1 box white cake mix
2 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
2 c. milk

Mix dry cake mix and pudding. Mix rest of ingredients in. Bake in 9 x 13 inch 
pan at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. evaporated milk
3 egg yolks

Microwave butter in 1 1/2 quart bowl until melted. Blend in remaining 
ingredients. Cook at level 8 for 5 to 8 minutes until thickened, stirring 
occasionally.
Add 1/2 flaked coconut and 1 cup pecans. Stir and cool.  Enjoy.
