Anytime Eggnog

 

Ingredients:

1 mug of milk about 3/4 full

1 fresh egg

1 packet of Splenda

1 tsp. of vanilla

nutmeg to taste

 

Instructions:

1. Warm milk in microwave for about 1-3/4 minutes.

2. Put egg, vanilla, Splenda and a sprinkle of nutmeg in the

blender and "pulse" a couple of times to mix.

3. Add the warmed milk and blend for another 15 seconds or so.

 

Pour back into mug, sprinkle a little more nutmeg on the top and

enjoy
