Triple Lemony Coconut Cake

 

This recipe sounds great.  Do you think it could be done in

9 x 13 pan as a sheet cake?

This recipe is for Laura who asked for easy baked chicken

recipes that kids will like.

 

I kind of just made this one up the other night:

5 thin sliced chicken brests

1/2 bottle good Italian Dressing

Plain dry bread crumbs or Panko pourned into asoup bowl

 

Pour the dressing in a zipock bag and add the chicken, smush the

pieces around and marinate in the fridge for about 3 hrs.

When ready to cook remove from bag and dip each piece in the

crumbs and place in a 9x12 foil lined pan,put in preheated

350 degree oven and bake for 15 mins, turn over and continue for

another 10 mins.  Remove from oven and serve.

You can increase this recipe just add more of the ingredients.

Very tasty and the kids loved it.

 

You can do the same thing by using  a packet of Ranch dressing

and adding it to 1/4 cup olive oil and then continue as above.

PS  I use Reynolds Release Foil or I spray the foil with cooking

spray to keep the chicken from sticking, you don't want to lose

any of that crusty part!!
