I did this a few weeks ago, but I placed the cheese in the middle of the loaf, 
and it came out good to.

     CHEESE MEATLOAF 

  1 lb. ground meat
  1 egg
  1 c. crushed crackers
  1/4 c. chopped onion
  1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  1/4 c. chopped parsley
  1-1/4 tsp. salt
  1-1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  1 tbsp. sugar
  1/8 tsp. pepper
  1 c. tomato juice
  1/2 c. grated cheese 

  Mix well. Shape into loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.   


   Good friends are hard to find, harder to leave, and impossible to forget.
