What a week,, With all the rain we been having this week, we have a very week basement. Ashlee's games have been postponed all week, We had our Saturday game last week, one and only so far! We lost that one too, 5-2. Mondays and Fridays games were canceled cause of all the rain. Thursday, Ashlee had an appointment in Iowa City with the Orthodontic molds were finally made and more X-rays were taken. We go back again June 3rd at 8 am! Find out more then. All day yesterday I spent in our basement sweeping water to the drains. We have so much water in the ground it has nowhere to go but in our house!! Times like these is when I hate having a basement! To help the water flow, I torn down a basement interior wall (yeah,ya read it right) that the clowns who lived here before put up. Now we have one open floor down stairs. I still have a mess down there, I worked till 11 last night, I can hardly move today,, getting to damn old to fast! lol Ya know we started having Spring weather here, and it WAS great. Last night we dropped down in the freezing zone and parts of Northern Iowa has snow, and poor Minnesota got hammered again with snow. Have a Bridal shower to go too this morning at 10 to noon, Tims nephew is getting married in June. Ashlee and I went to one last weekend too. Then today at three, is Ashlee's game,, this one will be a windy and cold one,,, No rain till tonight,, yay! just what I need is more water. Tim has tickets to go to the Kansas Speedway today and tomorrow. Tonight is the Truck races,and tomorrow is the Indy races. If ya watch the Truck races, cousin Jr. works with the 18 truck, Dennis Setzer, Jr's his Gas man. I talked to him last Sat. Uncle Harold died a week ago Thursday, Tabatha called and they were both heading to Strasburg for the planning of the funeral. Uncle Harold had been battling Cancer for awhile. I'm assuming Jr went back to North Carolina and is back with the racing crew in Kansas, I wanted to go and still do but,, too much going on. Well I better get to it here and get showered and ready by 9:30. Ya have a great weekend,, Love and hugs,, Janet
