Brunch Nachos with Berries and Chocolate Chips

Servings: Makes 4 servings

3 (6- to 7-inch) flour tortillas
Nonstick cooking spray
1 tablespoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Dash ground allspice
1 (6- or 8-ounce) container fat-free sugar-free vanilla yogurt
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
1-1/2 cups strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
4 teaspoons miniature semisweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut each flour tortilla into 8 wedges. Place on ungreased baking
sheet. Generously spray tortilla wedges with cooking spray. Stir
together sugar, cinnamon and allspice. Sprinkle over tortilla
wedges. Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until lightly browned; cool
completely.

Meanwhile, stir together yogurt and orange peel. Stem strawberries;
cut lengthwise into fourths.

Place 6 tortilla wedges on each of 4 small plates. Top with
strawberries and blueberries. Drizzle yogurt mixture on top.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Serve immediately.

Makes 4 servings
1 Serving: 6 tortilla wedges + 1/2 cup berries + 1/4 cup yogurt
mixture + 1 teaspoon chocolate chips
