Southern Chicken

20 pieces of chicken
Season All to  taste
Garlic Salt to taste
1 stick butter
3 large onions, sliced  thin
1 large bell pepper, sliced thin
1 container of mushrooms,  sliced
3 cubes Chicken Bouillon
1 1/2 cup water
2 tespoon corn  starch
2 tablespoon white wine
Chicken Bouquet, for  color


Season with season all and garlic salt. Bake chicken
for 45  minutes in a 350*F oven. Meanwhile, in a large
pan cook onions, bell pepper,  mushrooms & butter.
After the baking and cooking is done, mix  chicken
bouillon and water together until broth. Pour over
onion and  pepper mixure. Add corn starch to thicken.
When ready to move from stove, add  wine and a few
drops of chicken bouquet until the color is to your
liking.  Mix well & pour over ckicken. Cover with
foil and return to oven to bake  for 45 minutes more.
Serve with angel hair  pasta.
