Drink Water to Lose Weight and Detoxify the Body 

There's nothing like water to help satisfy your appetite. Start your day with a 
glassful before eating breakfast and you'll be full with less food. Carry water 
with you during the day so you can drink some anytime you start to feel hungry. 
You will have to make more frequent trips to the restroom, but it is will help 
you lose weight. Drink most of your water before your last meal of the day, so 
you're not up half the night going to the bathroom.

Water fills you up and decreases your appetite and helps to prevent those 
cravings you get when your blood sugar drops and you reach for the comfort food 
that is so high in calories. Water will flush out your system, eliminate bloat 
and toxins, and clear up your complexion.
