Roast Beef Roll-Ups
3/4 pound Deli roast beef, thinly sliced 2-1/2 ounces prepared horseradish 8 ounce cream cheese, softened Mix softened cream cheese and horseradish until smooth. Spread each slice of beef with the horseradish cream cheese mixture. Roll lengthwise. Hold together with three or four toothpicks. Cut each slice into three or four pieces so that each piece is held together with a serving toothpick. Store & serve chilled. These do not store well and should be used the same day they are prepared.
